Punch-ins
A punch-in is a cut in disguise. It says "listen to this part" without changing the shot, which is why it works on a single-camera talking head and why doing it on a timer does not.

Um Out reads the transcript and looks for the places the delivery changes: the answer after a question, the number in a list, the turn from setup to point. Those are where a slight push in reads as emphasis rather than as movement.
The scale is small on purpose. A punch-in a viewer notices has failed at the only job it has.
Each beat lands as ordinary Motion keyframes on the clip. Drag them, retime them, change the amount, or delete one, exactly as you would with a punch-in you set yourself.
