Your sequence structure, which tracks hold what, and the transcript once a tool has produced one. It answers about that, so its suggestions point at timecodes rather than at principles.
It can also drive the tools: ask for the silences to go and it will run the pass and hand you the same review list you would have got yourself.

No. What goes to the model is text about the edit: structure and transcript, not media. Transcription itself happens on your machine.
