01 Stream highlights Reads a whole VOD and works out which stretches are a video someone would actually finish. Not the loudest bits — the ones that hold a subject. Each becomes its own sequence, dead air already gone. 02 Short clips Ranks the moments that stand up cold with no setup, then builds the 9:16 from the one you pick. The hard part of a short was never the crop. 03 Clip That Every time you shouted “clip that” mid-stream, it cuts it out of your own recording. Full quality, your in and out points, not a platform’s.
